EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 30 January, 2009
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the UNE Conference Company. Registration cancellations before 30 November, 2008 will forfeit $75.00 of registration fee to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 30 November, 2008, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellation of UNE College accommodation either in part or in full, will incur a basic administration fee of $25.00. For cancellation made with less than 7 days notice in writing prior to arrival, a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation will be charged in addition to the basic administration fee of $25.00. Please note that any eligible refund will be processed after the symposium. Privacy: In registering for this event relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the symposium including venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the UNE Conference Company (confco@une.edu.au).
