Dr Joy Hardy is the Deputy Director of the SiMERR National Research Centre at the University of New England in Australia. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Head of the School of Education and she had responsibility for the review and re-development of all the pre-service teacher programs at the University of New England vis-a-vis teacher professional standards in New South Wales. Anne joined the QuickSmart team in January 2012. She is an experienced Mathematics teacher and has taught at many public schools throughout New South Wales. She has also held head teacher and senior executive positions. Most recently, she was Head Teacher Mathematics at Armidale High School, where she was joint-coordinator of the QuickSmart Numeracy program that began in 2008. Learn more...

Martin Trotman

Martin Trotman

Martin joined the QuickSmart team at the end of 2011 to support the implementation of QuickSmart with adults in employment contexts and to work with disadvantaged groups. Martin has 21 years experience as an ordained minister with church communities in rural and remote centres across NW NSW, including experience as a Correction Centre Chaplain and University Chaplain.
