Stephanie Belson joined the QuickSmart Online (QSO) Team in October 2012 as a Project Officer and Research Fellow. Stephanie holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate and Auctioneering Practices and a Certificate III in Accounting. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Special Education (Primary) / Bachelor of Disability Studies through UNE. Stephanie completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the Language, Literacy and Numeracy component through UNE Partnerships in May 2014. Stephanie has experience tutoring primary school children in Literacy and Numeracy, a well as providing Learning Support in primary schools. She brings to the QuickSmart team her enthusiasm for working with people with learning difficulties, as well as her advanced ICT and communication skills. Stephanie has been on numerous work-related trips to the Darwin Correctional Centre and Groote Eylandt (NT) assisting the communities to implement the new QuickStart face-to-face program that is currently being. She has also been involved with implementing QSO in these communities in the NT. Stephanie's passion has allowed her to work closely with closed communities allowing them to gain confidence within the education system and their own self-confidence to move forward with work and community commitments.
