{"id":2994,"date":"2021-10-12T16:46:36","date_gmt":"2021-10-12T05:46:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simerr.une.edu.au\/quicksmart\/?p=2994"},"modified":"2025-12-10T15:20:48","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T04:20:48","slug":"renewing-your-quicksmart-ozcaas-license-for-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simerr.une.edu.au\/quicksmart\/2021\/10\/12\/renewing-your-quicksmart-ozcaas-license-for-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Renewing your QuickSmart OZCAAS license for 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Please be advised that if your\nschool\u2019s&nbsp;QuickSmart&nbsp;OZCAAS\/Private Area license is due to expire on\n31\/12\/2021 (or has already expired), you can renew it by going to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/simerr.une.edu.au\/quicksmart\/renewal-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Renewal\nForms<\/a>&nbsp;page on our website, filling out the form and clicking \u2018submit\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can check when your school\u2019s license is due to expire\nthrough the following steps: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to your QuickSmart Portal account: <a href=\"https:\/\/qso.une.edu.au\/\">https:\/\/qso.une.edu.au\/<\/a><\/li><li>Click on \u201cInstitution List\u201d in the left-hand side menu<\/li><li>In the \u201cActions\u201d column on the far right, click on the blue \u201clinked applications\u201d icon.<\/li><li>Click on the relevant application tab (<em>OZCAAS Numeracy Licence and\/or OZCAAS Literacy Licence<\/em>)*.<\/li><li>The expiry date will be listed in the third column.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost for a three-year renewal is $1950 (plus GST). A one-year renewal is also available for $800 (plus GST) and can be applied for\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/simerr.une.edu.au\/quicksmart\/renewal-forms-one-year\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive an email notification once your licence has\nbeen renewed. Your school will be sent an invoice a few weeks after that,\nhowever, please advise us in the comments section of the renewal form if you\nwould prefer to be invoiced in 2021 or 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2022 version of OZCAAS will be released by the end of 2021.
