{"id":3710,"date":"2022-10-04T12:29:51","date_gmt":"2022-10-04T01:29:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simerr.une.edu.au\/quicksmart\/?p=3710"},"modified":"2025-12-10T15:20:36","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T04:20:36","slug":"renewing-your-quicksmart-ozcaas-license-for-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simerr.une.edu.au\/quicksmart\/2022\/10\/04\/renewing-your-quicksmart-ozcaas-license-for-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Renewing your QuickSmart OZCAAS license for 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Please be advised that if your school\u2019s\u00a0<em>QuickSmart<\/em>\u00a0OZCAAS\/Private Area license is due to expire on 31\/12\/2022 (or has already expired), you can renew it now by going to the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/simerr.une.edu.au\/quicksmart\/renewal-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Renewal Forms<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0page on our website, filling out the first form (<strong><em>QuickSmart<\/em>\u00a0OZCAAS Renewal Form<\/strong>) and clicking \u2018submit\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cost for a three-year renewal is $1950 (plus GST) and a one-year\nrenewal is also available for $800 (plus GST).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can check when your school\u2019s license is due to expire through the\nfollowing steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to your <em>QuickSmart <\/em>Portal account:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/qso.une.edu.au\/\"><strong>https:\/\/qso.une.edu.au\/<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li>Click on \u201cInstitution List\u201d in the left-hand side menu<\/li><li>In the \u201cActions\u201d column on the far right, click on the blue \u201clinked applications\u201d icon.<\/li><li>Click on the relevant application tab (<em>OZCAAS Numeracy Licence and\/or OZCAAS Literacy Licence<\/em>)*.<\/li><li>The expiry date will be listed in the third column.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You will receive an email notification once your licence has been renewed. Your school will be sent an invoice a few weeks after that, however, please advise us in the comments section of the renewal form if you would prefer to be invoiced in 2022 or 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2023 version of OZCAAS will be released by the end of 2022. The new <em>QuickSmart <\/em>Basic Skills Assessor (QBSA) is also planned to be released later in Term 4 2022 and will be automatically added to the Portal accounts of all schools with an active licence.
