Guidelines for Authors
Presentation Sessions
Each Presentation Session will focus on one symposium theme and will be 90 minutes long. This session will consist of three presentations each 30 minutes long. The 30 minute presentation should be planned as 20 minutes to present and 10 minutes for questions from the audience directly related to the content of the presentation.
Each 90 minute Presentation Session will be followed by a 90 Discussion Session. This discussion will be based on the three presentations in the Presentation Session and the keynote presentation that immediately preceded the Presentation Session.
Audio Visual Requirements
Each presentation room will include a whiteboard, computer, data projector and ethernet internet access. Presenters are expected to bring their presentation files to the relevant presentation room to be loaded onto the computer provided. Presenters are asked to try to plan their presentations so that they do not rely on their own computer. If the presenter's computer must be used for the presentation, or if presenters require any extra audio-visual equipment, then please email Rachael Adlington directly at rachael.adlington@une.edu.au.
