QuickSmart Numeracy / Literacy Resources and Assessment (QBSA) Renewal Agreement and Licence Purchase Form

Use this form if you need to:

  • Renew your school’s Numeracy / Literacy Program Resources and Assessment Agreement (QBSA and the Private Area); AND/OR,
  • Purchase FABS licences for Catch-Up Numeracy; AND/OR,
  • Purchase licences for the Numeracy Diagnostic Assessment.

You can check the expiry date of your school’s current or previous application agreement or application licences through the following steps:

  • Log in to your QuickSmart Portal account: https://qso.une.edu.au/
  • Click on “Institution List” in the left-hand side menu
  • In the “Actions” column on the far right, click on the blue “linked applications” icon.
  • Click on the relevant application tab (Numeracy / Literacy / FABS / Diagnostic Assessment)
  • The expiry date will be listed in the third column.

Please note that Resources and Assessment Renewal start on 1/1 and expire on the 31/12 of the relevant year. If you renew in or after August, you will get the remainder of that year free. For example, if you renew your licence for one year in Sept 2023, your licence will be valid from Sept 2023 until Dec 2024.

Please note that if you have both Numeracy and Literacy, the two licences are covered by same renewal form and cost.
Please note that Diagnostic Assessment licences expire at the end of the current school year. For example: if a batch of licences is purchased in March 2024, they will expire on 31st December 2024.
Please note that FABS licences are only available for purchase by schools that already have the Catch-Up Numeracy program. FABS licences expire at the end of the current school year. For example: if a batch of licences is purchased in March 2024, they will expire on 31st December 2024.
NSW Government Schools: Please note that as of 2021, EDConnect require a Purchase Order number before SiMERR can issue an invoice to them on behalf of your school.

    • - Assessment Application Licence Term: One/Three years from 01 January of the year of purchase
    • - Access to digital resources Term: One/Three years from 01 January of the year of purchase
    • - Research Service Term: Reporting: Two/Four years from 01 January of the year of purchase
    • - Support Services Term: Two/Four years from 01 January of the year of purchase

    • - QuickSmart Catch-Up Numeracy FABS Licence Term: Licences expire at the end of the current school year. For example: if a batch of licences is purchased in March 2022, they will expire on 31st December 2022. However, if they are purchased after September, they will not expire until the following December. For example: if a batch of licences is purchased in October 2022, they will expire on 31st December 2023.

    • - QuickSmart Numeracy Diagnostic Assessment Program Licence Term: Licences expire at the end of the current school year. For example: if a batch of licences is purchased in March 2022, they will expire on 31st December 2022. However, if they are purchased after September, they will not expire until the following December. For example: if a batch of licences is purchased in October 2022, they will expire on 31st December 2023.

      • Fees

    • - Resources and Assessment Renewal: Three-Year Renewal: $1950 plus GST. / One-Year Renewal: $800 plus GST.

    • - Catch-Up Numeracy FABS Licences: 20 licences for one-year : $800 plus GST.

    • - QuickSmart Numeracy Diagnostic Assessment Program: $75 (plus 10% GST) for 30 licences; $225 (plus 10% GST) for 100 licences; $400 (plus 10% GST) per 200 licences

    Payment

  • Payment Schedule: 100% within 30 days of receipt of invoice to indicated email address

Reporting

  • Renewal of the Resources and Assessment Licence enables schools to receive a yearly QuickSmart school report. For the duration of the Research Service Term: Reporting, the School may request a QuickSmart school report containing a cohort analysis of the student data that the School submit to SiMERR. A report is generated when the School submits data for analysis and requests a report.

Cancellation and Termination
