QuickSmart Registration Form: New Schools / Programs

Use this form if:

  • your school is new to QuickSmart and would like to register for either the QuickSmart Numeracy program, the QuickSmart Literacy program, or the QuickSmart Catch-Up Numeracy program (if you would like to register for more than one program, please fill out a separate form for each); OR
  • your school already has one QuickSmart program and would like to register for another.

Fees

  • - QuickSmart Program: $10,500 (plus 10% GST) per program
  • - QuickSmart Program for small schools (less than 100 total enrolments): $7,000 (plus 10% GST) per program
  • - Professional Development (venue hire and catering where applicable): $30 (including GST) per person per day
  • - Travel and Accommodation: N/A

Professional Development

  • For the School to be able to take part in the QuickSmart research project and deliver the QuickSmart Program(s), the School staff instructing students are expected to complete professional development training. Registering for the QuickSmart research project obligates the school to train at least one (1) and up to five (5) staff member(s) in the first year of implementation. The registered staff member(s) are expected to attend all six days (3x2 days) of professional development in order to complete the training. Withdrawal from the program(s) is possible in line with the cancellation policy (see below).

Reporting

  • As part of the QuickSmart research project, schools are entitled to a yearly QuickSmart school report. For the duration of the Research Service Term: Reporting, the School may request a QuickSmart school report containing a cohort analysis of the student data that the School submit to SiMERR. A report is generated when the School submits data for analysis and requests a report.

Duration of services under this Registration Form

  • - QuickSmart Program Licence Term: Permanent and Ongoing, starting from 01 January of the year of purchase
  • - Assessment Application Licence Term: Three years from 01 January of the year of purchase
  • - Research Service Term: Reporting: Four years from 01 January of the year of purchase
  • - Research Service Term: Professional Development: One year from 01 January of the year of purchase
  • - Support Services Term: Four years from 01 January of the year of purchase

Payment

  • Payment Schedule: 100% within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Cancellation and Termination

  • - Cancellation prior to 1 month before Workshop One: No penalty.
  • - Cancellation prior to date of Workshop One (but no more than one month prior): Cost of return shipping of allocated resources (kit and games pack), if resources have already been shipped; and contribution towards the venue hire and catering for Workshop One
  • - Termination up to one month after Workshop One: Cost of return shipping of allocated resources (kit and games pack) and contribution towards the venue hire and catering for Workshop One. An administrative fee of $500 may be payable upon cancellation after commencement of Workshop One.
  • - Termination of agreement more than one month after Workshop One: 100% of total program fee.

  • By submitting this Research Registration Form you agree to the cost structure, the payment schedule, and the cancellation policy as set out in this form, and you warrant that you are authorised to enter this Agreement and that this Agreement has been duly executed by the School and is a legal, valid and binding agreement enforceable against it.



QuickSmart Registration Form: Continuing Schools

Use this form if:

  • your school already has a QuickSmart program and would like to train more staff members in that program; OR
  • your school already has a QuickSmart program and would like to enrol staff members in an Advanced Skills course or a Refresher Day.

    • - Cancellation prior to date of Workshop One (but no more than two weeks prior): Contribution towards the venue hire and catering for Workshop One.
    • - Termination up to one month after Workshop One: A contribution towards the venue hire and catering for Workshop One. An administrative fee of $200 may be payable upon cancellation after commencement of Workshop One.
    • - Termination of agreement more than one month after Workshop One: 100% of total fee.

QuickSmart Registration Form: New schools with an already-trained staff member

Use this form if:

  • your school has a currently-employed staff member who has already completed six out of six days of relevant QuickSmart training at their previous school (this will be verified once SiMERR receives the completed registration form).
  • Please contact quicksmart@une.edu.au for more details, or to check the staff members training before submitting the registration form.
  • Please note that the schools will be required to send at least one new additional staff member for training in the following year.
  • This purchase only includes physical and online materials, plus a three-year assessment tool (QBSA) and digital resources licence. It does not include any professional development.
