Program Costs

The costs for each program cover:

  • the delivery of 3 x 2-day professional development workshops;
  • provision of resource materials to implement the program;
  • a three year OZCAAS software licence;
  • the analysis of student data and preparation of an annual report for each participating school, for a three-year period; and
  • Help Desk support for QuickSmart educational and IT issues, for a three-year period.

Cost Adjustments

  • Software Licence: a school participating in both programs simultaneously requires only one software licence. Where this condition is met the Resources and Support costs are reduced by $1,000 for the second program.
  • Cluster of Schools: where a group of more than 10 schools from a single jurisdiction join the program as a cluster, a discount would be offered.
  • Professional development: schools with less than 100 student enrolments receive a 50% discount on the professional development (workshop) costs (as shown).
